Clubman with the JCW tuning kit should be pretty rare. Too bad its not running.

Some job duties force me to change my plans.
The car is available only complete. However the engine and the transmission can be sold for $2500 plus shipping if is required. I opened the valve cover and it looks that the timing kit has been changed recently.
I already listed the car for sale as a complete car. The engine removal will take me less time, so it is possible.

The car will live. Today I started it. Runs excellent, just need to finish few more electrical things. I am selling it as a vehicle, you can find the add in Minis for sale.
