hello all, i bought a 2014 hatch non S to commute to work and I 'd really love to get rid of the flat rear wing.
Can I add an S or JCW rear wing or is that not possible?

 

Easy.. I purchased the S rear spoiler/wing from Outmotoring. It came primed. I took it to my local body shop and they matched the volcanic orange and painted it. They installed it. Looks super.

 

Great just wanted to make sure that was all good.

generally speaking I assume all aesthetic parts from an S of JCW can be put on a justa.
would i be correct?

My S came with the regular spoiler and I swapped it for the JCW version. I got it already painted black from Allmag Auto Parts in Tampa, FL. It’s.a junkyard specializing in MINIs. There are five bolts across the back and two on the sides (under the triangular covers). It took about 15 minutes total to do.

 

I got the F56 JCW Spoiler Kit, from Out Motoring. It comes primed so I had it painted at my local BMW/MINI dealer's body shop. I figured that for the few extra bucks, they would do a better job matching my Pepper White (they did).

Just installed it today. It was pretty straight forward and took me less than an hour with no rushing on my part.

Very pleased with the new look ! !
