I'm looking to get something going in lower westchester ny near the white plains Greenberg area. Currently wednesdays bear mt ny hosts a great car show from 6:00-9:00pm. I'm usually there if anyone wants to cruise up you're welcome to come or meet me for the cruise up. I usually go at 5pm. Any meets let me know always ready.

Do you ever go to the cars and coffee on Sundays in Yorktown?

 

Trying to get a bunch of MINIs to a Cars and Coffee is like pulling teeth. Never been able to figure that out. Lots of Corvettes, Camaros and Mustangs. MINIs, not.

 

Seems that way. The most Mini's I have seen at one place was 3 and that was only the one time. With what you see on forums like this, you would think meets would be a breeze.

 

IMO the majority of people think the MINI is a "cute" car and many guys think it is a woman's car. Dale Jr. had a MINI said it was a great car but sold it so his friends with 4-bys would not see him in it.

Most of those on NAM are a select group that recognize the MINI is a great handling small car. For those that have never driven a MINI, I feel sorry for them.

 

All meets are done for the season. Unless we get some warm weather. I’m will start up again in April.

 

r53coop, yea I guess your right. That just leaves more Mini's for the enthusiasts to enjoy.

Magician, yes they are all done now. The last one was Dec 3rd. That's pretty good considering most winters here can start as early as Halloween.

 

Next season I would recommend bear mt on Wednesday’s you’ll have a great time.
