How to tell if dealership reflashed ECU or not

Recently had my car serviced at the dealership for the oil cooler housing gasket and turbo oil feed line. I had no problems with the service, they did the job well. However I noticed my MINI just didn't have the strong performance I'm used to.

My MINI MCS has a Manic Stage 1+ tune (Mario Palza) with brand new NGK one step colder plugs (iridium 1422 ILKR8E6) peaking around 20 psi on 93 octane. If anyone has a Manic tune, then you know the difference between stock and stage one is pretty dramatic. I initially thought the lower performance was do to going back to the OEM turbo oil feed line from the stainless steel braided Detroit Tuned feed line. Few days go by and I think it's more than that. Yesterday I hooked up my Dash Command app and did some data logging. Peak boost is around 10-12 psi (wet roads but I have new Continental ExtremeContact Sport summer tires) I don't remember what the stock PSI is but I also know it's much lower than 17-20 psi like I usually see. I have no check engine lights or pending codes.

Question is how difficult is re-flashing the ECU by the dealership? I don't feel like it's something they'd do just because. I called them and they said the repairs done were mechanical and wouldn't require a reflash, which I agree with.
I ordered an SPS switch which will allow me to switch between 4 different maps. I'm hoping my ECU just switched to the lowest Manic map instead of the "mid" map I was running before.
