My Air Conditioner controls in my 2008 Clubman are hammered and discolored and missing the little colored lenses from years of abuse from prior owners, so I've been thinking of replacing them. I found a set of controls out of a 2012 Clubman for sale and they are in great condition, but because they use a different set of fascias, I'm hesitant to buy them and find out the wiring looms are different.

Anyone have an idea about this kind of upgrade/swap?
