18” R113 on a ’13 MCS

I purchased some used JCW R113 Red Stripe wheels for my 2013 MCS with stock suspension and just want to ask a few (dumb) questions.

These should bolt right up without the need for spacers, correct? Also, is a steering stop needed? I’ve been looking at getting R113s for a few years and at the time was told by the dealer that it’s necessary.

Sorry for the dumb questions, but I’m not having any luck searching for my answers.

I'd be surprised if OEM wheels needed spacers or anything else to get them to fit.

They will fit. No steering stop needed on stock tires. I have them on my R58JCW. So they fit R55-R59 with Cooper, Cooper S, and JCW (4 piston) brake. On The GP2 Brakes ECS BBK upgrade kit (6 positions) you will need ECS 15mm spacers.

By stock tires I'm guessing you mean 205/40?

Yes, if you plus size the tire 2 sizes up then you might have some rubbing on the fender well or the strut perch.
