Coding out TPMS?

Is it possible to code out the TPMS sensors using Carly or another app with an OBD hookup? It's time for new wheels and tires and trying to see if I can save myself $200+ on the sensors. If not, are the TPMS reusable in aftermarket wheels? Originally was going to need summer/winter wheels but looks like I'm moving south and will only need 1 set.

It is possible to do it with NCSExpert. I didn't do it myself, but I had a guy code my car a few years ago to disable TPMS. It was trial and error for him but with a bit of messing around we got it done. I think we may have pulled a fuse too.
