new 2014 f56 mini cooper s 85k miles

well i got this car off a lot, 2nd owner. I have carfax maintenance it doesnt show any kind of belts or anything done.

that doesnt mean it wasnt done but

( let me take that back, it says flywheel replaced at 67k)

it has 85k miles, what should i do for maintenance and to avoid any problems. are there recalls for this model?

I would almost guess that my mini has more miles than anyone here
the biggie for me is going to be maybe changing the manual trans fluid

My F56 2014 has 8000 miles, don't know anyone with that many miles. Can you post a picture of the Carfax?

Change fluids frequently, especially oil !

it has some things adjusted, several oil and filter changes inspections sunroof adjusted.

air filter battery charged.

at 67k it has flywheel replaced, can i assume that is also the clutch?

it has 85k and last maintenance was oil change at 77k
is there any upgrade to the turbo people do?

I would take the key fob to the dealer and ask for a print out. All dealer performed work should be stored and accessible.

change the oil ok. so i guess i could change all the fluids at this point regardless, like the coolant, the oild and the manual transmission oil.

thats the biggie because 2 quarts of mini oil costs 80 dollars, and then 2 quarts of redline mtl costs 32

now that i think about it, the people who would know are bmw x1 owners maybe

I'm at 105k on my 2014 non-s.

Work done: oil changes when the car says so, 2 air filters, recall for the rear seat air bags or something like that, checked crankshaft bearings but found no problems. Warranty work: a front brake caliper froze up, both calipers and brake pads were replaced. I'm on my third set of tires, get rid on the run lats as soon as you can.

mine is the leather sport seat option
