Removing Taillight Unit

I need to replace the taillight unit on my 2012 Countryman. I can't see where/how it attaches on the inside. I've removed the outer silver ring and pulled off the inner panel in the trunk. I have the lights removed, but I can't seem to figure out how to get that whole unit out. Are there screws somewhere that I need to undo?

Not sure what you mean by lights vs the whole unit. There are some bolts that hold the light to the body.

I need to replace the entire tail light unit. The red bubble portion is broken. Here's the replacement part. I just can't get the original out, and I don't see any screws holding it in.
