Powerfold Mirrors on a Countryman

Can someone post a photo of the factory switch that actuates the power fold mirrors? My 2016 JCW didn't arrive with this option and I am trying to figure out if I can retro fit it. Where is the switch located on cars that were built with this feature?

I found out by accident its actually the same toggle you use to position the side view mirrors but if you turn it all the way counter clockwise or clockwise (i cant remember which) it triggers the fold up.

Thank you for the photo. Yours works because you have the option installed. My switch does not include the lower "fold" position. I am trying to determine if it can be added. The cleanest option would be to swap out my current switch for one with this position, provided I can figure out the wiring. Thank you for the photo!

Look up some of "Heiker's" posts. I'm sure he retrofitted power folding mirrors at some point.

Edit: Here's a link to the thread i was thinking of

It is a separate button on 2014 +, just like a BMW.

A photo would be great. I am trying to figure out what part number the entire switch would be. I see several listed on mini parts sites, but I haven't found one that has the JCW chrome switches with the buttom for the auto fold.

Thank you! Now I need to find the part number. Also, how did you manage the color in the door inserts. That looks GREAT!

that's a factory option =D

I had to seek that out in my r60..... I wasn't just going to get any r60 had to fit a lot of criteria. you might be able to get some ordered up, not sure I haven't played with interior bits in the r60 yet

We have same red "color line" in our R60. The new F60 does not offer this anymore but you can get a little funky by choosing the right seats. Seat choice also dictates how upper left of door is covered and the color of various dash parts.

The color changing LEDs are available as part of the Excitement Package and are implemented differently but still look great.

Mikey_t, thank you for the thread. Very helpful, but I don't see any of the actual wiring information. If I can source the parts, does anyone have any idea who these are actually wired? I have PMd Heiker, but he must be taking some time off.
