I went with a Way Motor Works pulley. I think the WMW and Detroit Tuned pulleys are made for them by Cravenspeed.

15% is good if you track track your car a lot, if you don't have 93 octane available, or if you go with an ATI crank pulley to replace the factory pulley which usually fails. A stock ATI is about .8% larger so you'll end up close to 16% with it, or close to 17% if you go with the 2% ATI.

A 17% pulley will give a little more low end, but will generate more heat in the intake and should be used with fuel higher than 91 octane.

In my area 93% is plentiful .
I wasnt planning on changing the crank pulley due to the cost . I keep hearing about how they fail however Ive never seen a post where anyone said they actually had a failure . I wonder just how common it is

Extremely common, I wouldn't be afraid to say 98% failure rate sometime after 100k.
Also, wherever you get your pulley from (I'm a Detroit Tuned person myself) make sure you get the belt and correct spark plugs, along with renting the puller, you don't want to use a generic off the shelf puller.

Appreciate the advice . Now to decide which crank pulley to get with a 15% sc pulley

Ive seen lots of videos on how to replace the sc pulley.
How difficult is the crank pulley

It should be easier than the SC pulley. Mod Mini has a video on youtube for the crank pulley. Make sure to replace the seal since you'll already be in there. Another dampened alternative to the ATI pulley would be a fluid filled pulley for about $100 less.

Is it worth an extra 100 for the ATI. I need to save some cash for the suspension but if its worth it Ill get the ATI

Not sure, but hopefully someone with a lot of experience, like WMW or Detroit Tuned, can post an opinion. There's not a lot of overlap in labor with the SC and crank pulleys so you can probably just inspect your crank pulley and wait if all looks good.

According to Way, the ATI is the only one worth it

Yeah 15% would be perfect and what we recommend, heck I run a 15 on my race car too. But go with out kit that has the correct belt and plugs, and no fluff.
https://www.waymotorworks.com/wmw-pulley-package.html

We don't use that Alta pulleys as they 1.they cost more, 2 not all stainless 3 are not going to be perfectly balanced as the center section screws go on one side rather than evenly spaced on both sides of center.

As for crank pulleys, Yes the ATI is the best and worth it. There's a thread somewhere on here where I go over a bunch of info, but simple answer is we found the ATI to be the best. Again have it on my GP and on my race car.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Listen carefully for pinging, I did the swap on mine recently and picked some up at around 3-4000 rpm at full throttle. This is the dead of winter in new england on 93.

These ECUs don't actually control for light pinging that well... Typically not due to the pulley itself, but needs to be watched for.

My car has about 110k on it.
