Just to clarify, the non-resonated system for the R56 S does NOT have the second cat, but the resonated one does? That's how it looks in the pictures, and I just wanted to make sure that's correct. Also, this system does not require cutting the stock system, correct?

They dont have second cats, just are resonator for the res system and no res or anything on the mid pipe for the non resonated version.
