TSW X Brace install question
I just installed the TSW X Brace on my R53.

I was questioning if anyone used additional washers or just used the original bolts and tightened it up ?

Thanks for any replies.

I had to add some washers because the catalytic converter was making contact with the X-Brace during spirited shifting. It was annoying as heck, but adding extra washers up front did the trick.

Check your motor mounts if your cat is hitting the brace as worn or collapsed mounts often leads to this.

Mine came with two washers which I used on the front attachments.... Didn't seem to need them though.

Yes we include the washers as every car and exh option is different so some need them and some don't. So only use em if you need.
