Is my boost leak coming from my supercharger?

So ive spent the past month an a half messing with my car trying to fix a boost leak and the two cel's its giving me. p1237 and p1688.

Ive done various things to isolate the problem. I started by zip tying my bpv. Then making a pressure tester for my CAI, it allowed me to find a vacuum hose leaking, and a leak from the bpv. Next i completely deleted my bpv and also replaced my pcv valve. Even still my boost leak persisted, so i made a wood plug to determine if the leak was before or after the intercooler.

At this point Im fairly certain the leak is coming from in between the throttle body and supercharger. is there some kind of gasket that should be replaced? If I have to take out my sc, what other maintenance should i do?

here is an album of my troubleshooting process

Perhaps the 'green', 'profile' gasket?

Between the throttle body and the S/C wouldn't give you a "boost" leak unless there actually was something internally wrong with the S/C.
Between the throttle body and the S/C is un-compressed air flow, not compressed.
Of course this is taking for granted your BPV is sealing properly when closed.

Throttle body gasket, intercooler horn gaskets.

Do the pressure test with the bypass valve on, plugging the pvc hose that goes to the supercharger inlet pipe, and plug also the from the throttle body instead of where the filter goes. Just to verify that your leak is not coming from the inter-cooler boots.

Note: You will start leaking air at the supercharger green gasket when you pressurize the intake track, as this area usually doesn't see boost.

Do the test again and let us know what you learn. I'm interested in your results. I have a boost or vacuum leak somewhere and can't seem to find it. Except mine is not giving me a CEL, just some boost fluctuation at partial throttle in every gear. I've done every test possible and always end up loosing pressure at the supercharger green gasket.

I've been told that these cars are VERY sensitive to air fluctuation between both MAPs, pre-charger and post charger. A little bit of variance will make the car do strange things.

As I've said. My bpv is deleted already. And I made a plug from the first intercooler horn. With my pressure tester on I can adjust my ic horn boot until im sure there are no leaks from my plug or boot. All of this so far is in my photo link.

Beyond that could you clarify what you'd like me to plug?

Look at the pic I attached.

In red plug the throttle body.
In blue is the PVC valve hose that goes to the supercharger tube, plug that hose.
This will isolate the pressure test to only the Intake manifold and the supercharger.
You can pressurize from whichever side, depending on what device you're using to pressurize. I have a cap that fits the throttle body with a schrader valve, that's where I pressurize.

Ignore the green circle in the pic.

Hope I explained it better.

Don't get me wrong though. The way you're doing the pressure test is correct too.

I'll see if I can do that all this weekend maybe. The car is still my daily, so I'll need a good chunk of time to tear it apart.
