R56 clutch replacement

I'm needing to get my clutch replaced and was curious on which would work. I don't do anything crazy, it's a 6 speed manual transmission and the car has 128k on it. Any suggestions?

Pricewise, I'd just recommend a factory equivalent replacement, Valeo for the clutch and Sachs for the flywheel: Detroit Tuned R56S Clutch Kit

If you've got a G2MC manual, the flywheel is single mass and is able to be resurfaced if it isn't hot spotted or severely damaged, which saves you a great deal of money. Then you're just needing a clutch service kit, which for that car is $313 plus some supplemental bolts and trans fluid.

Let us know if you need any help ordering the parts or during the process.

Would this work for a base model? I read its covered for the s. I'm obviously clueless.

We also stock and sell the MC clutch kit, you can have your flywheel resurfaced by a local machine shop or we can send you a previously resurfaced flywheel for a fraction of the cost new.

Feel free to give us a call if you want a bit more information on what we can do to get you back up and running!
