Detroit Tunded BPV

We just installed my Powerflex tranny mount bushings and since we have everything on that side out, we are going to go ahead and do the DT BPV. My question is, are there any gaskets I need to purchase in advance, and replace, when doing this swap from the stock BPV to the Dt one? If anyone has done this and can chime in, please do. If you know the best place to purchase the gaskets at a reasonable price, then a link is also appreciated. Thanks in advance, and if you have any tricks for doing this that would make it easier I appreciate those as well. Can't wait to have my Mini up and running for next years dry season. Keep motoring everyone!

The BPV comes with a captive o-ring gasket, but other than that there are no gaskets required for the job. The only other gasket you'll be fiddling with is a steel single layer gasket that is reusable.

Just make sure not to crack the black intake duct while doing the job, we've had a couple people crack the intake duct while trying to push the duct off the BPV.

Not sure I know what you're talking about. I'm assuming it's something I can't miss while doing the job lol.

Correct, it's the black plastic piping that runs from the S/C to the T/B, the bottom mounting point for the BPV.
