Drivetrain Just got JCW 380s, where to get JCW flash?
Call around to the dealers in your area. I've heard that some will put the JCW tune on a non-JCW car, while others won't. YMMV.
There are a few people who can do remote tunes as well (RMW, WMW) and will probably get more outta your car than a factory JCW tune will.
Good luck!

Don't bother, the ECU will adjust itself just fine.
Remember, the JCW tune incorporates all the JCW items into the equation, including the Head, so even with the slightly different injector scaling it still won't be correct.
Either run with it as is, get a canned tune for just the injectors (ask Way, he may have one) or best option get a custom. But honestly, just for injectors I wouldn't even bother, since injector scaling works off %, and while it may not be prefect through the RPM's, at WOT, 100% is still 100%'

Yes you can ship your ECU to us for the JCW tune

Or our WMW Quicktune with more changes, but we still can scale the 380jcw injectors with this.

There is another option if you are HIGHLY familiar with INPA/EDIBAS; force flash the proper daten with your vin number, and then realign the DME and EWS. This is definitely not for beginners though, if you're not careful you can brick your ecu very quickly.
Way, by any chance have you ever gotten to play with tuning turbo converted r53's? I'm in process of converting mine, and I've been trying to pick people's brains (the few out there who even have experience in tuning) for issues that may pop up or specific tables to pay attention to. I'd like to stick with Bytetronik to maintain factory control since it's still a small turbo (T03 50 trim for best mid range torque/response) and I'm just looking for more info for down the road.
