That's called a "blind plug", and there should be another one alongside of it. Underneath it is one of the bolts holding a crankshaft bearing in place. Removing it is a destructive process and it should be replaced, but only if you're sure that's where your leak originates. You don't want to tweak the bolt, just apply liberal sealant around the new plug --- not too much --- you don't want sealant on the bolt, just on the plug's lip.
Oh yea --- removing it --- I used an old, sharp screwdriver to wedge between the plug and block, then twisted the screwdriver --- it's not threaded. No need to drain oil, as the level is below these plugs. Mine is all over the garage so removing it was relatively easy. Part number is available on RealOEM but it's probably a dealer only item --- one of the less expensive parts, maybe a couple bucks.
