Strange noise from front right wheel when going slow or turning left

Hi everyone! I have a 2010 Mini Cooper S. I recently had all its guts ripped out to replace the timing chain and all that lovely stuff and now I've noticed a new noise.

When I'm traveling at low speed (1-15mph), I can hear a strange sound coming only from the front, right wheel. It also happens when I turn left, but not right. I've seen other threads where they describe a sound, but they say it's a clicking or clunking and usually at higher speeds. They only way I can describe this is that it sounds like when a large propeller (like on a plane) slows down and it makes that whirring sound. It tracks with speed as well (15mph higher whirring rate, 1mph slow whirring rate). At higher speeds, the sounds goes away. I thought it was my brakes or something, but the mechanic said they were fine.

Anyone have any ideas what it could be??

Hope this helps!

http://new.minimania.com/part/G2NMS1...ing-Value-Line

Wheel bearings on the MINIs are pressed into the hubs due to tight tolerances. The factory replaces the entire hub when the bearing needs replacement. Sold Each. Hub bolts available separately.

2012-2013 R58 MINI Cooper and Cooper S COUPE
2011-2013 R59 MINI Cooper and Cooper S Roadster
For other options, see G2NMS1021-P.

Select Front or Rear. One hub required for each corner - right and left sides use the same parts. Front and Rear are different parts. Hub Bolts available separately. All sold individually.
