Helix projectors - shaky low beam

I recently installed the Helix projector headlights with 35W HID. I've noticed the light beam is shaky. Is this a common problem? Any suggestions on how to fix it? Tried searching but didn't find anything on point.

Two places to check first....you mount the unit good and firm? And then make sure the bulb is locked in...that's the two things you can check that's not a defect.

I'm also having this issue after a recent 'upgrade' to helix projectors from pre-facelift xenons, but only on the passenger side. I also added a morimoto H7 xenon conversion kit. I ahve confirmed both lights are mounted good and firm and bulbs are locked in.

I'm thinking the hood latch on the passenger side needs adjustment but haven't gotten around to pulling the wheel liner to have a look-see...
