Was wondering if anyone knows how to get the windows to roll back up using the FOB. I was able to get the windows down, but they don't go back up when holding the 'lock' button nor do they go up when i use the physical key. I called the local dealer and he said there was no way to program this, is this true?

 

That's something that has to be programmed. Not a feature from MINI. It can be done by a 3rd party

 

You can remotely open the windows (& sunroof if you have one) but you have to physically put the key in the lock on the handle to close them. Turn the key to lock the car and just hold it there, that does the trick
