My right hand mirror will not adjust at all with the control. The left one works fine.
I recently replaced the headliner but I don't think any wires for the mirror would run through there.
Maybe it's a fuse.
Which fuse is for the right hand mirror?

 

Still havent looked at it yet but I guess it would have to be the switch if the left one is getting power

 

Could also be a dead motor.

On closer inspection it appeared that someone had spilled something (possibly some soft drink) on the switch. I removed the switch and forced some WD40 into the Right/Left control switch and quickly worked it back and forth many times. After cleaning it up and reinstalling it the switch is working normally again.
