Asking Price is CAD. Looking for LOCAL SALE ONLY - Montreal, Quebec. Low miles, but never really well maintained. Only did oil changes annually (exception current oil is ~ 2 years old). Having said that, I've only put about 300km on it in the past 2 years and its always run Royal Purple full synthetic. Mostly garaged while I used another daily driver ...

Think there is a thermostat small leak.
PS window is scratched (vertically) - like rock or something abrasive was stuck in track
17" BBS cv Summer wheels (in need of new tires) - Tires on these are NOT runflat
Needs all 4 new brake pads and discs done - discs well below spec.
Overdue for an oil change and Engine air filter
Front right LED fog (custom build) not always working (Fixed this once: wiring is copper, LED housing is Aluminum - causes Galvanic corrosion) - Have original Fog lights though
Rear wiper corroded and removed a few years back
Has Electronic board to better control toggle switches (DSC always off, double click windows, always on fogs, etc)
Has after market Parrot Bluetooth
Winter Rims / Runflats: Winter Rims are pretty scuffed up. One had damage and was repaired a few years back (pothole with low air pressure). One tire has a torn bead and doesn't hold air.
Plastic cover on A pillar on Driver side needs to be replaced. Cracked when someone broke the DS window into it in the garage.
Auto Wiper function does not work - windshield was replaced due to a chip ...
Has a bit of rust starting to bubble on right rear tail light and DS bottom door.
Has a small puck on PS rear panel
PS rocker panel plastic has a gauge on it.
Rear emblem sticker has come off
Steering wheel Emblem is bent
Various other wear and tear typical for a 10year old car.
Never in any accidents
Check engine comes on periodically, then goes off on its own. Will plug in OBD scanner later today and update this post with code(s).
Update: "P0138: O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2)"

Above is for full disclosure ... when cleaned and polished, vehicle still looks great and is a blast to drive.
