Anyone Know This '09 JCW Clubby?

Semi-local NC car but Carfax doesn't show service history(?), but clean with no wrecks and such.

Considering this and wondering if anyone knows the original owner?

Has MINI/Dragon decal under side scuttles, scan guage mounted behind steering wheel, pretty stock inside, with charcoal colorline.

Just wondering if any other mods have been made (tune, susension, ect.). Appears to have been lowered.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Looks like it spent it's life in the Denver, NC area.

I don't recognize it but are you sure you want to go from an 11 Clubman S to an 09 JCW if you were to buy this car? Seems like a backwards step in reliability especially considering your 11 S had the N18 engine but you'll be moving to the N14 engine in the 09 JCW. It looks like you had a lot of options on your 11 S and in the pre-LCI models there were less options or lower quality ones such as the Hi-Fi audio vs HK audio in LCI. Just my 2 cents.

The '11 has been gone for over 4 years now. Your input is appreciated though(!).

Sorry to hear that :( I've had cars stolen from under my nose, as close as a day before when I was planning on seeing it. The last one that happened to me was actually the MotoringFile MF01 special edition: http://www.motoringfile.com/2013/01/...ni-of-chicago/

20k miles, selling for 23k last year. It was a steal, listed on wednesday, told dealer on Thursday I'd go see it saturday since I couldn't take off a whole day of work to see this. Sold on Friday. I went anyways on Saturday and the final paperwork was still being completed. The car was pristine, but had a bubble in the rear tire sidewall so I used that as justification why I didn't want it anyways :p

Good thing I waited because then I found this even more perfect 2013 JCW. So there will be something that comes up for you. I've seen a couple JCW clubbies for sale on cars.com from time to time.
