Please advise: Wheels for 2012 Cooper S

I have a set of rather plain jane wheels and run flats, in 16" on my 2012 S. I'd like to replace them with 17", BBS style.. I'm hoping someone here bought something like that for the same car, and can save me the trouble.

Something this style, as light as possible without going $$$$:

Can you recommend/advise a place to buy from, a brand/name in the correct offset ? I've searched, and I've bought wrong wheels before for another car, I would rather take some advice... I have not found much on vendor's sites either...

I want to make sure I can use them stock - just bolt them on - no spacers, in my 2012 R56 (S) - bolt on and go, right offset, not brake or fender clearance issues. Then I'll need to look for a spare too - no more runflats for me... Thanks in advance !!!

Yeah (and thanks for the suggestion) - but I want to hear from one of you that has them....

Something like "I got xxxx wheel model xxx from xxx vendor and you will be OK, they fit on my car". I've bought from vendors before, you buy and mount the tires in confidence and then you realize they don't fit the car, it's a pain to return and sismount without any damage etc... I checked the usual vendors and see them in 18" at ECS, but I want 17 if possible (potholes)... Hence asking here...

for instance those look good:

until you read the fine print on fitment issues (possibly), no idea on weight, no clue what if any TPMS sensor they might provide if I let them do the tires too... I'd much rather hear from a real experience forum user ;-)
