How long will it be 399, I've got a rattling cat, don't wanna spend the money on a good header. This looks like a heck of a deal.

Why are these not street legal I CA? What about them is not in compliance? They must function correctly otherwise the O2 sensors would throw a code. If I were to install and use would anyone really know? Would they pass emissions tests? Thanks
