Navigation & Audio Shutting off Auto Play when plugging in iPhone

Shutting off Auto Play when plugging in iPhone
Does anyone know if it's possible to stop the car from playing the Music app on my iPhone when I plug it into the USB Port on my 2016 JCW?

It always plays the same song, Abbabubba.
If I already have a podcast going, it plays that.
The on/off button in an emergency.
I don't know of any settings.
There seems to be years of threads about this on the internet. In summation, iOs should have a setting to disable auto-play but doesn't, our cars should have a setting to disable auto-play but do not.
Possible solutions for you depend on how you are connecting the iPhone and what content you have on the iPhone.
