Looking to upgrade my turbo to a k04 and achieve anywhere above 250hp, looking for a safe power level as its my daily driver. What year is your R56? What other modifications do you have?

 

The car is an 08 plate, just hit 80000 miles and breathing a bit of new life in her!! Just had timing chain redone, new fuel pump, new valve cover,forge intercooler, aem air intake kit, and upgraded manifold ready to be put on along with the new turbo and jcw back box and will have a custom 2.75 or 3 inch exhaust leading from the new turbo

 

With the N14 you have more options for tunes. But you should think about meth injection.
