I'd like to get new barrels if possible instead of repairing them if it's more economical.

 

Just posted in the thread, if a BBS wheel so you could get another wheel that has face damage but no lip damage and unbolt them and rebolt them with the BBS tool. I would add a little thread-lock blue also.

Nice! Based on your post I bought a set of wheels/tires locally today off Varagesale. I plan to sand out the curb rash myself and reinstall this spring.
