Wiring Stock Fog Lights as DRL's

Has this ever been done??

I have the DRL feature turned off on my R56 because I don't want the main headlights on, but I want to wire the stock fog lights up so that when the daytime running light function is turned on, the fogs light up but the headlights don't.

Not sure if that is even feasible but was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions or know of anyone who has done this before!

Thanks!

You can wire them to parking lights...but that way your fogs will always be on together with headlights.

I'm not too sure, but it may be possible. I do know that the day time running DRL retrofit kit may interest you. It has a bright halo of LED lights that stays illuminated and acts as a DRL (day time running lights). 63122338554 kit here if wanted (with free shipping).

You can wire them to the front position lights from the fogs or code the potions lights with NCS expert to come on when turned on. You could then get the Ziza position light leds.

Or get the factory DRL light kit with LED fogs. 63122338554

I am into those LED DRL's but I think the best thing for me would be NCS Expert. I looked into it and it looks super powerful.

Thank you for all the suggestions!!!
