Very interested, but why is one of the rims pictured missing 90% of the fasteners? Or is it just me?

Sorry, my post won't delete. Just for reference, these bolts for these are $$$$. I'm refinishing a set of these and they DON'T just unscrew. Had to be very cautious, use just the correct amount of heat and pressure to loosen them up without stripping and ruining them.

 

I have the hardware, The wheels will be sold assembled.
I also have the correct tools to re assemble them properly.
