2002 R50 Automatic trasnmission Fluid

Gooooood Morning Fellow Miniests!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone on here has been so helpful to this newbie mini owner. Thank you so much. I have yet another question. The last couple days I have been trying to find the instructions for changing the transmission fluid on a 2002 R50 but all I find is for the manual. Is there a write for the automatic R50 and what is the best fluid for the automatic transmission? Also is my 2002 R50 a CVT transmission. TIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My suggestion is to take it to the dealer, although you can do it yourself, if done correctly it is a lengthy process -- attached are the dealer instructions to do the job.
