I was wondering if anyone has the 91 Octane ECU upgrade or the Sprint Booster (throttle response) on their R53 (from Minimania). Would installing the Sprint Booster be null and void with the ECU upgrade? I don't know what or how the ECU is upgraded with these tools. Do these two tools have any programming in common?

sprint booster just changes the throttle response associated with the fly by wire pedal. its just a plug and play adapter for the pedal. I would imagine the ECU upgrade is a flash of the ECU itself.


sprint booster does nothing to the ECU, so you could do both. but if the ecu upgrade is from a tuner, you can tell them to sharpen the throttle response and make the spring booster useless
