Master Clutch Cylinder (Input Cylinder) for R56

This is the master clutch cylinder (Input Cylinder) I purchased from ES Tuning.

I was sure this was the issue so I purchased the item and sent it to a mechanic to replace who told me it was the actual clutch pedal, not the master clutch cylinder and thus never installed it or anything. I have it and I have attached a photo. The item is new and never installed.

I will let the item go for $40 + shipping.

turns out it was the plastic clutch pedal, I felt a double step when pressing the clutch and I heard a squeak. So I purchased this and took it to the mechanic, when the mechanic took it apart he said it was not this and instead replaced the clutch pedal only which worked perfectly.
