Belt Tensioner Pulley

Is it possible to just replace the pulley (including bearings) on the belt tensioner for a 2010 MCS? I found a Dayco pulley for sale but I'm not sure if they are riveted to the actual tensioner portion, in which case I would need to buy the complete unit.

I've attached an image with the part I'm referring to. I am just wondering if the pulley is riveted in place or if it is simply bolted in.

I believe that those parts come as a unit. I'm unsure that you can get just the wheel itself. In the photo, it looks like it's bolted.

Yes, the unit comes as one. 11-28-7-571-015. There is no separate part number for the pulley.
