I know its a pretty aggressive offset on these cars but can you fit these wheels without going insanely overboard on camber? I prefer not to eat half inch of tire every 3 months and have to buy new tires.

There are several ways to make fitment work besides extreme negative camber which will wear out the inner tire treads and likely give you less than good handling if rear camber is very negative.

Compared to stock 17x7" et48 wheels, the 15x8 et10
will fit 25.3mm farther from the inner suspension and poke out 50.7mm more.

What are you trying to do? Tires for street use only, car shows, car meets?

What tire size were you trying to use? Stretch fit? That would be OK except that your rims will not be protected from curb rash.

If the tires are also wide then roll the fenders or use a wide fender skirt will work. It is also possible to cut the plastic wheel arches if using lowered suspension and wide tires.

Here is an example of 15x8.5" et17 wheel on a MINI with lowered suspension-

I want to daily on them, but i dont want to buy them and find out its impossible.
I'm not a fan of conservative offsets but i'm also not used to having a fender i can't pull to make wheels fit. With metal the whole will it fit always came down to "wanting it" bad enough. Little did I realize that Mini's dont allow for this type of mentality unless I wanted to go metal widebody (which i don't) Pull and roll's have always been the most extreme I appreciate.
"...wide then roll the fenders..." How can i pull the fenders if they're plastic? Heat gun and pull would still pop out the mounting tabs would it not? I typically like 2 to 3 fingers of gap between rubber and arch (not a fan of tucked) and I run static heights So what would I need if I picked up a set of 15x8 +10's to stretch to a no rub low camber (preferably 1.5* or less) setup.
