2011 Cooper S OBDII codes

Hello all, new guy here. Bought my wife a 2011 Cooper S last year around January. She loves the car, we took it on a neat road trip last summer, with no issues. Here recently it developed the typical hard cold start, kicked some codes. I replaced the HPFP, and fuel filter (purchased from ECS Tuning, great company to deal with by the way) The pump solved the hard start issue, and high rpm stumbles. When the HPFP was giving fits, I noticed that it was running super rich, I figured it had somthing to do with the pump in the tank trying to compensate, I was wrong. Its recently thrown the p0171 code, along with the p0012. The 0171 shows too lean, but the back of the car shows it to be super rich, this is where im confused. Anyone else have the same issues?

Bad Maf sensor ? Or you bumped it or something on the other fix. Double check the install work and make sure everything was put back right . Also the P 0012 the cam sensor. I think maybe the harness which is near the senor / MAF was damaged somehow with the HPFP install ? Double check everything is plugged in right .

I will check the MAF tonite. I didn't notice anything to be damaged during the R&R of the HPFP. but I'm gonna check again. Maybe leaning toward purchasing a new tensioner bolt soon, before the cam sensor, I think. As it has a slight chain noise on cold starts.
