Was using my BMWhat app this morning to check on a light bulb issue. When I scanned the 2011 Clubman with N16 engine a Valvetronic Stroke/ Outlet VANOS with a code of 002845. Just Curious as to what that is. The car seems to run Ok a little noise Had a similar thing with a VANOS a few months ago and the replace an Eccentric Shaft Sensor at 30K no at 34K this. I know it is under warranty as it has the CPO Extended warranty and will be taken care just like to know what is going on.

On the light bulb issue BMWhat told me the right Position/parking light was defective. Check it isn't Now these are the ZizaLED bulbs from ECS, I have ECS replace both bulbs under warranty and now there is a problem with the Right side again. Before half of the bulb went out and you could tell. Now both bulbs are lit. Took bulb out and reset it in the socket and plugged it back in Cleared the code and shut the car off and then restarted it. The trouble light came back but BMWhat app show no issue. I will be contacting ECS but just wanted to know what is going on. Another bad bulb? Think I may forget the LED Position lights. Mini will be going to shop Wednesday morning. Time for the World 600
