Usually we all post threads about how good or bad the dealerships are in service. This time i'd like to talk about my excellent experience with Berlina Automotriz (Mini dealership in guadalajara Mexico) well on wednesday morning i e-mailded them to find out how much would it be to fix my car (it was keyed by some m***** f*****) well i got a reply in the following 20 mins with the number and name of the aftermarket service manager and after 30 mins i had a quotation. That evenning i took my car to the dealership and they promised to deliver on saturday morning. I got his call o sat about 13:00 hrs saying my car was all ready. I went to pick the car and i have to say it was an excellent job!

I'm glad you have found such a great dealership! We really have been pleased with Niello Mini in Sacramento as well!


Any other Niello owners here? What has your experience been like?

 

I might just have to consider taking my MINI down to Mexico for service! Great that they did such a good job.

I purchased my car from Neillo and took it back for it's first service.
I contacted them for a Saturday service, since I live 2-hours away, and made all arrangements to wait in Sacramento until they had the car done. After 3-hours they still hadn't pulled my car into the shop. After 5-hours they told me that only Bimmers were serviced on Sat. and I could either make another appointment or I could leave the car. I wasn't real happy.
After a much heated discussion they gave me a loaner (MC) and I was on my way. Five days later they called to let me know my service was done.
I waited until Saturday to drive up and collect my car. I guess the service was OK (having nothing to compare it to) but 5 days is way to long (also they were suppose to repair the rattle in the sunroof and it came back within the week).
I now take my car to MINI of Mt. View and have had no problems. In fact I'll be dropping it off this Friday for service.
Hopefully Neillo has gotten their act together. I had no trouble with the dealership.

 

Glad to hear your headache last week had a happy ending.

Did they repaint the entire door? If so, be careful with the finish because
it is very soft at least for a few months. No waxing or auto-carwash. :smile:
Only hand wash and detailer spray wipe downs only for minimum 3-4 weeks.
