Suspension Maintenance Help

Alright guys. Please help me deciding how should I fix my blown shocks for R53 06 with 110K miles on.

I have upgraded rear sway bar and Alta front and rear end links. Im using front stock sway bar. I also have original GP 18" wheels. I have been using stock MCS suspension all this time.

Now Im in the market for a complete suspension job. I was considering JCW shocks and springs as it lowers the car 1" which I think is a must when you upgrade from 17" wheels to 28".

Now, please help me:

-Do I need to get JCW springs in Koni FSD?
-Are Koni FSDs better than JCW shocks?
-Are IE camber plates a must? I live the way my car handles now. Are IE cambers a good step to go?
-If I use IE cambers, shall I also replace OEM strut mounts? I have a noise while turning. So IE cambers are something different than ORM strut mounts?

I have no problems getting whatever parts. I just need your experienced help getting the parts that upgrade my car handling on spirited street driving and cornering.

Didn't you just post the exact same post a day or two ago?

There were a bunch of replies....I thought you decide to go with FSD's and IE plates?
