Questions about fitment

I am currently looking at some volk gtu bbs, 17.7.5+50 5x114 bolt pattern, I was wondering, if i purchase the adapaters from 4x100 to 5x114 will I have any clearence issues on a 2004 mini cooper s? many thanks in advance.

Using a wheel hub to wheel adapter to change the bolt pattern from 4 to 5 holes will add some width like a spacer would, at least 19mm more poke.

Adding that to the offset of the 5 bolt wheel would give you even more poke. Using stretched tires or excessive negative camber would allow somewhat of a semi flush fitment but it would be extreme and even worse with a very wide wheel.

If you lower your MINI then you get even less clearance, combined with a wider than 7" wheel and you will make things worse unless you choose a tire diameter that is much smaller than 24" (OEM is 24.4" tall).
