Purchase Order

Hi all,

I'm trying to have a CM built and ready for me when I arrive in Virginia from Canada.

I have contacted a few dealers in the DC metro area and the requirements for placing an order differs from dealer to dealer...

Some require a copy of my Canadian Passport with a visa (F-1 visa since I'm a Ph.D. student, but it's not an actual visa, it's just a stamp I get at the customs) and a Virginia License (which I don't have yet, because I'm still in Canada!)

I have sent in a pdf of my build and I'm waiting for their exact quotes...

Any advice on how to place an order from abroad for someone like me? (Canadian license that will be switched to Virginia as soon as I arrive but won't be mailed to me for about a week, Virginia address, F-1 status)

I won't be financing the car, but I will purchase with cash.

If anyone could refer me someone or give any advice, that would be great.

Thanks in advance!

I would imagine that with a large enough down payment at the time of commitment, pretty much anyone would get the ball rolling for you. Pure speculation however

Thanks for the reply! I sent in individual emails to couple dealers but only one is coming up with some numbers for the quote... I guess the rest are full? haha
