The front grille for the Mini Cooper S returns Mini heritage to this revision of the icon. The rear grille set for the Mini Cooper S adds a styled finish to the rear view whilst maintaining the sports appeal. The grille is completed with a stainless steel wire frame to give both strength and an easy union with the classic lines at the front of the car. Fitting of the front grille requires the front number plate to be removed and two guide holes to be drilled to accept the two self-tapping screws (supplied) which provides for a secure fixing. Fitting of the back grille requires two guide holes to be drilled to accept the two self-tapping screws (supplied) which provides for a secure fixing.

they ship to the US ... saw this on another US site ...
they require drilling a hole for a screw .... Less modification than what's required to fit the Aero type grills
I don't see any similar grill at Outmotoring .... where are you finding it?
there's these too ... but also require some drilling and don't look as good IMO

Oh
we're talking apples and oranges
I'm taking real steel mesh .... you want the GEN2 look grill
btw ... having done several of the Aero Grill mods mentioned in the writeup I'd draw your attention to this part of the description:
This grill set does NOT require the extensive modification to the lower grill and is pretty simple to install.
Modification is required .... but not as much .... on the lower grill you've got to get the chrome cover off the slat ... it is held with glue/tape. Getting it off with no damage takes some effort; and then the exposed slat is body color so you usually paint it black to hide it.. When one puts the Aero grill set on the slat must come off, the Aero kit part needs to be shortened in its depth (this is the biggie), and the tabs don't line up (1/2 cutting tabs off & 1/2 expanding existing holes) . . . aka extensive but most of the extensive mod is to the new part! There is a DIY guide kicking around if interested.

Ya its not the much work on the bottom grille, and the factory Aero grille has a little matte finish opposed to gloss.
