R50/53 Transmissions out, what else should I check?

Transmissions out, what else should I check?
04 Mini, 150k miles on it. I've got the transmission out to replace some bearings in it and putting in a new clutch.
What all should be checked/replaced while i've got it all torn apart?

All the bushings, lower control arms, this would also be the right time to upgrade the sway bar if you had plans to - given the whole subframe is down.
Ball joints, power steering lines - the list goes on....
