WMW MINI Wheel Studs, No More Bolts Needed

Way Motor Works knows that not everyone likes to use to the the lug bolts on the MINI wheels. If you've changed your tire for the first time with bolts you find you have to hold the wheel in place while starting a bolt to keep it on. Well WMW years ago bought out the TSW company and that provided us with some awesome wheel stud kit designs. WMW has been manufacturing and selling these studs for years with daily drivers and full blown race cars so we know they are a quality product that is also reliable. TSW also came up with the 14mm to 12mm stud conversion kit. If you want to use wheels that only have 12mm holes this stud kit will allow you to do that. That has been very popular with AutoX MINIs as the lightweight race wheels always seem too small. Here is our selection of wheel stud kits:

14mm to 12mm Conversion kit

And we offer the Muteki tuner lug nuts as they give you clearance to not have the socket scratch the wheels.

12mm stud kit for Gen 1 R50 R52 R53

We also offer them in 20pc kits for the R60 Countryman, R61 Paceman and now F56 MINI.

seems very interesting, how easy is the install? Is it just a screw in bolt and go?

How far out will these stick out of a stock wheel?

I would estimate the bolt threads will stick past the nut about 14mm.
I have the 14 to 12 conversion bolts with the tuner nuts and I have 15mm wheel spacers with OEM wheels. The bolts are almost flush with the end of the nut.

They just screw in with a 4mm hex on the end and we usually put a little locktite on them. Then install the nuts and torque.

That is a good estimate with OEM wheels. We make them longer just so you can use them with spacers.

Love 'em

Just installed the 14mm studs on my R56 along with the Mantuki nuts. HAPPY Plenty of room for the nice 5mm spacers I picked up from WMW also.

Thanks again Way!

Anybody need a wheel pin

R60

I see most of the R's listed, will they work with the R60? I don't want to assume.
