NVH updates: 2015 CM 4S?
Yo yo yo (haven't said that in at least a decade),
Since the refresh in either 2014 or 2015, have there been improvements in interior Noise/Vibration/Harshness?

Firstly, the Countryman sees the following updates:
Underbelly protection tray for the all-wheel drives models
More upscale interior with chrome accents
Better soundproofing
Daytime-running lights integrated into the LED fog lights
Three new colors: Jungle Green, Midnight Grey and Starlight Blue

Mini 2015
I traded my 2012 CM all4 for a 2015. It seems a bit quieter,, though hard to tell. What I have really noticed is all the squeaks and annoying rattles are gone. The car seems tighter all the way around. No more dash vibrations and noises around the factory nav screen, etc.
I was on the fence about ordering another CM but very happy I did. I like the window and lock switches on the doors too...

OPTIONAL (thankfully).
None of that chrome garbage on my interior (except the door handles, wish I could get those in black too).

We own a 2013 All4 that was in for service recently and they gave us a 2015 All4 loaner. I can't say I noticed any difference in NVH whatsoever, other than the runflats on the loaner versus the non run flats on our car.
