I just bought a 2006 Mini Cooper S and it does not have the rear Cargo/Parcel Shelf Cover ...i just saw one on Ebay and the listings says it came out of a 2006 BASE Mini Cooper ....I am assuming that the cargo cover will fit in my 2006 S model ???..

It should fit but it won't have the grate in it like part 2 below ...

 

Ahhhhh Yes ,,,i remember now the S model had the Grate ..Thats the one i need to find ...Thanks Miniac ...

Oh no ...lol i meant i bought a used Parcel Cargo Cover from the UK ...i am going to buy the NEW Euro Tailights with Amber Flashers from ECS Tuning ....

what is the grate for?

 

I think for style and maybe to let the exhaust sound from the trunk / boot carry though the cabin a bit more vs the Cooper.
