R50/53 Interior matching exterior Paint option??
Interior matching exterior Paint option??
I'm thinking of ordering a 2005 MCS with the LSD and i noticed on the Order Spec sheet provided at outermotoring that there is an option for interior that matches exterior paint and i didn't see any restrictions on color choice. So that that mean i can have my interior panels in Pepper White?
Also what does everybody think about the interior in Pepper White? I'm really not sure what it would look like and if it would be over the top if you are allowed to do that.

I think the colored dash is quite strong in color and includes the ovals on the doors so be aware that is quite a bit of color. You'd want to match it with the interior seat colors as well.
I have seen a red interior that can match almost any exterior color and in the past Lapis blue seats were used with various exterior colors.
For Pepper white since it is neutral like a black or darksilver you can do anything you want from subdued and neutral to strong and colorful. Even something like dash and doors in red or blue and seats in brown or black leather or fabric.
It's your choice but you have to live with it so pick wisely for the long haul.
At least it's not boring like in other cars.

I have a New Beetle with outside color panels inside and quite frankly after a few days the interior becomes invisible. You drive a car - you don't look at its interior. A white interior would get dirty pretty fast, even a a painted surface - thats why most dashes are dark colored. I have a Land Rover that the year I bought it came with a camel color interior, unless you bought Silver, which had a dark grey interior. I bought the silver just to get the grey interior and it was worth it. The red mud around here would have destroyed that camel interior in a few years.
