I have read many threads complaining about customer service from after market dealers.
I Just wanted to say I had some dealings with John @ Alta I am very happy to report that this after market dealer did an outstanding job in responding and getting the info I needed.

Well we will see , My Alta Intake tube dosent fit and wont stay on because it is to short. I have taken it to Chandler Motorsports and we tried and tried after an hour i said screw it ill send it back. So we will see what the deal is.

 

FWIW, we already had a long thread about Alta that wound up deteriorating and getting locked.

Just a reminder, anyone having problems with any vendor should contact the vendor first before posting and give the vendor a fair chance to reply offline.

I'm going to leave this thread open for now, since it started off a little differently than the first one. If it deteriorates like the other thread then it will be shutdown.

JustinLewis: I checked with our technical staff and none of them recognized this name. Have you spoken to anyone here in specific about the problem? (Not a cut or a poke just a PLEASE give us an opportunity to help ) If the item doesn't fit call us and we can replace it one way or the other. We won't stick you with a mis-trimmed part. Just call or e-mail me personally.

Oh no i havent had a chance to call you guys yet. Im not bad mouthing your or your company, Actualy i relally like your products. All my MODS so far are ALTA products and i cant be more pleased, I just wish the tube will fit and i understand that not everything is perfect and may require a new part.

I just spoke with adam and he seems very helpfull and we will get this squared away when i return from CO.

 

Maybe a thread about Alta quality control instead?
