Anybody know how to remove the front door panels to replace speakers. I've seen in previous threads and online how to remove door panels that don't have the window controls on the armrest. My Mini Countryman has the window controls on the armrest.

 

I suspect its a case of removing the blanking plug in the bottom of the armrest, removing the controls and undoing a couple of screws?

 

Have you checked http://www.realoem.com/bmw/select.do for the diagram of parts. This is usually pretty helpful in pulling things apart without missing clips, screws, etc.
